    On Request Messages, allow SERVICE-GROUP, SERVICE-NAME and/or OPERATION-NAME to be used to find a service rather than DESTINATION-COMPONENT.

    One case would also use a DESTINATION-COMPONENT, implying that the message conveys to that directly-named component the S/G-S/N-O/N.
