C2MS12 — Create final version of all model diagrams that have more than one resolution

Some model diagrams are affected by more than one issue, and as such, all the changes need to be combined into one final SVG image in this issue to finalize the edits.

Note, for example, that some messages (see Event and Log Message from C2MS12-43) have a 2025 date, but should be made 2026, because 1.2 has taken a bit longer than planned and will be finalized in 2026. It would be good to go through every model change and determine for sure if it needs to be content-version of 2026.

Also, note that in C2MS12-53, all message diagrams are being updated, so really, this issue should capture all the final changes. Because of the same issue, all messages should have a CONTENT-VERSION of 2026 because of the addition of CUSTOM-FIELDs.

Include the Request Data Stream MEP, which is slightly improved from the original issue (just better spacing of lines)

Final versions of all message diagrams

This issue is to provide the final SVG for each C2MS Message model diagram figure, named C2MS12-143x, but are all in alphabetical order by class name.

This is due to the figures being changed in more than one JIRA issue. This is the final version of these diagrams which can be placed into the document.

Other figures (non-C2MS-Message-figures) have not had to be consolidated across multiple Jira issues.

This does not include the new messages being added in the concurrent C2MS12-54 which has five new message model images itself. They are final as represented in that other issue. Note that here we left space for them in the numbering of attachments (C2MS12-143_19 through 23 inclusive) as an indicator of their presence in the other issue. These attachment numbers are not included or used in this issue.

Note that we don't include the originals here, because all these changes have already been approved. The purpose of this present issue is to to approve changes, but to produce the final version of these SVGs.
