C2MS12 — Missing Type for MVAL Data and AMVAL Data Messages

    Add Type to Diagrams where Missing

    Modify the diagrams for MVAL and AMVAL Data Message to include the type (which is I16) where it is currently missing. Note that the type is already defined in the text, just missing in the table.

    Also note that I'm not showing original and updated diagrams here, because both of those diagrams are being modified in other issues and will be consolidated in C2MS12-143. Showing them here would take undue time and could result in confusion.
