C2MS12 — sometimes incorrect 'nth' sample or 'first' sample text

Where there is a

• MNEMONIC.n.SAMPLE.m.TIME-STAMP field,
• MNEMONIC.n.SAMPLE.m.RAW-VALUE field,
• MNEMONIC.n.SAMPLE.m.EU-VALUE field,
• MNEMONIC.n.SAMPLE.m.TEXT-VALUE field, or
• MNEMONIC.n.SAMPLE.m.LIMIT-ENABLE-DISABLE field

There is frequently incorrect description text that either refers to the 'nth' data sample (should be 'mth') or 'first' data sample (probably should be 'mth'. These need to be individually evaluated and corrected. Be sure when chaning 'first' to 'mth' as I'm not sure the history of saying 'first'.
