C2MS — Should GMSEC API enforce/recommend XML-formatted string constructor usage?

    Being that C2MS is standardizing the XML representation of a message entering the API, should the constructor that takes an XML-formatted Message be deemed the preferred way of using GMSEC going forward?

    This issue does not affect the C2MS document.

    Also, the C2MS document is not standardizing the XML representation of messages; XML files are provided by the GMSEC team as a convenience, but are not part of the standard.
