C2MS — Expecting that GMSEC will change to use C2MS as its Subject Standard

    This comment is towards the GMSEC implementation, not C2MS

    The GMSEC implementation supports either C2MS or GMSEC as the SPECIFICATION, but this does not affect the C2MS document. Therefore, no change needed.
