BPMN21 — Example uses invalid DI attributes and wrong namespaces

    The example in section 15.3.1 Document Structure on page 475 (PDF 505) uses invalid Diagram Interchange (DI) attributes and fails XML schema validation. The example seems to use an older DI version than the one published with BPMN 2.0. This is also visible in the different namespace URLs used.
