    Section 6.1.1 includes this bullet point on conventions:

    • The cardinality of any content part is specified using the following operators:
    • <none> — exactly once

    I don't know whether this should be:
    • <1> — exactly once
    or
    • <one> — exactly once

    I could not find any examples of this syntax in the standard.
