Summary:
Diagram 8.1 looks amateurish: the non-horizontal text labels are not aligned linearly, nor are the letters spaced evenly. The circular rings look like they were cut out of construction paper. This diagram doesn't have the quality one would expect to see in a formal international standard published by the OMG.
