    Page 115 Structural Specifcation says that Any Message that is after the
    first on the list of Messages for a Choreography Task or Choreography
    Subproces.....

    What about Collaboration Diagrams that do not include Choreography
    tasks...how do we determine Initiating and Non-Initiating
