    On p.243, the definition of EventDefinitionRefs and eventDefinitions is
    duplicated in ThrowEvent Table 10-76 and CatchEvent Table 10-75.

    All events either inherit from
    ThrowEvent or CatchEvent, so why not define these attributes in the Event
    class instead, in order to avoid duplication?
