Legacy Issue Number: 14822

Summary:
in this page, for Send Task, in Table 10.9 Send Task model associations. the description of operationRef is:
This attribute specifies the operation that is invoked by the Service Task.
But this description is not accurate because Send task is not a Service Task. the better description may be:
This attribute specifies the operation that the Send Task will inovke to.
This issue also happens on the Receive Task's operationRef's description because for Receive Task, the operationRef should describe what operation the Receive task will listen on.
