Key: BPMN2-160

Legacy Issue Number: 14714
-
Status: closed
-
Source: BPM Advantage Consulting ( Dr. Stephen White)
-
Summary:
There is some redundancy in the definition of Choreography Activities. For example, Participants are listed as well as MF, which have source and targer Participants. Also, for one-way Tasks, the initiating Participant can be derived from the MF.

Reported: BPMN 2.0b1 — Fri, 20 Nov 2009 05:00 GMT
-
Disposition: Resolved — BPMN 2.0
-
Disposition Summary:
The initiatingParticipantRef is necessary for non one-way Choreography Activities. Removing the ParticipantRefs would not allow modelers to create Choreography
Activities before defining the Message Flow.
