Summary:
Beta 1 spec page 238 (268 pdf) states that:
"When one of the EventDefinition sub-types (e.g., TimerEventDefinition) is defined it is contained in Definitions."This is of course incorrect, since an EventDefinition can be contained by either the Definitions or the Catch/ThrowEvent.
