BPMN2 — Editorial: Incorrect containment statement for EventDefinitions

  • Key: BPMN2-155
  • Legacy Issue Number: 14707
  • Status: closed
  • Source: International Business Machines ( Ms. Suzette Samoojh)
  • Summary:

Beta 1 spec page 238 (268 pdf) states that:
"When one of the EventDefinition sub-types (e.g., TimerEventDefinition) is defined it is contained in Definitions."

This is of course incorrect, since an EventDefinition can be contained by either the Definitions or the Catch/ThrowEvent.
