BPMN2 — parallelMultiple attribute missing from CatchEvent table

    The CatchEvent has a "parallelMultiple" attribute, but it's not listed in the table in the spec. Table 10.75 on page 212 (242 pdf).

    This attribute is only relevant when the CatchEvent has more than event definition (Multiple).
    If this value is true, then all of the types of triggers that are listed in the CatchEvent MUST be triggered before the Process is instantiated.
