BACM11 — CapabilityImplementation can implement Capability but not Process

CapabilityImplementation can implement_5 AbstractCapability, but cannot implement Process because the meta-association to allow this is missing from the metamodel

Create implements association

Create implements_6 shortcut association between CapabilityImplementatioon and AbstractProcess representing that the CapabilityImplementation implements the AbstractProcess. The shortcut should check that the CapabilityImplementation includes Roles that are associated with the AbstractProcess.
