BACM11 — Reconsider ValueStream(Stage) produces as shortcut

Consider Capability supports ValueStreamStage as the shortcut, justified by Capability producing Outcome valued by ValueItem produced by ValueStreamStage. This avoids a shortcut whose definition falls outside of the Customer package and would put it in the Capability/ValueStream crossmap package (per BACM11-9).

produces_1 and produces_2 become shortcuts

The produces_1 and produces_2 relations become shortcuts (ValueStream). The supports relation becomes an assertion, not a shortcut. Capability and AbstractCapability are added to the ValueStream diagram to show the shortcut paths for produces_1 and produces_2. The CapabilityValue diagram is deleted because it duplicates ValueStream.
