    It was intended to reuse the JSON serialization from the SysML V2 API specification. On examination, it appears that this would be challenging to re-purpose for BACM in the remaining few weeks for this RTF. Consequently, it is proposed to defer this issue to a possible BACM 1.2 RTF.
