BACM11 — Fix errors in OperatingModel diagram (7.3.7.1) caused by BACM11-65

BACM11-65 resolved BACM11-64 by undoing a prior proposal that added StatefulThing to the model. However, there were impacts on the OperatingModel diagram (7.3.7.1) that were not noticed at the time.

Fix errors and simplify OperatingModel diagram (7.3.7.1)

Resource is removed along with generalization - was changed to AbstractBusinessObject in BACM11-67 resolving BACM11-66.
Performer and generalization deleted - specializes AbstractBusinessObject.
Offering and generalization deleted - specializes AbstractBusinesssObject
ObjectRelation and generalization deleted - specializes AbstractBusinessObject
StatefulThing was inserted in diagram replacing AbstractBusinessObject with generalization then removed in BACM11-65 resolving BACM11-64 with AbstractBusinessObject replacing it.
All other classes and generalizations remain.
All classes and generalizations have been repositioned for clarity.
