Introduce "EnumLiteral" as a subclass of "Literal", since Enumeration Literals have no specific representation.

The change to specification will be in section# <2.11.7>, page# <56>, line# <17> and section# <3.2.1.4.1>, page# <96>, line# <10>. Add <Literal => EnumLiteral > in the Literal's subclass hierarchy
The Figure 38 at section# <3.1.9>, page# <78> will incorporate an appropriate and equivalent change as follows:
