API4KP — Revise the documentation for the ontologies in Annex A

This includes any diagram changes required based on changes to the ontologies themselves through migration to the Commons Ontology Library as well as updates to dependency tables, e.g., on page 48, and relevant metadata.

Revised documentation for the ontologies in the specification

This issue primarily affects Annex A, with minor changes to references. Although very little of the text changes, the images in the ontology section have been revised and new images added where there were gaps. Note that there is no image for the relations ontology as it does not define any new classes.
