    The following are error conditions

    • duplicate of existing template id
    • unsupported data type for dynamic message data
    • type of byte data out of range in extra attributes
    • mismatched tags between dynamic and static messages
    • missing text for mandatory languages
    • capacity limits exceeded
      Where applicable they should be stated for raising alerts as well.
