ALMAS — ConfirmReceipt contains parameter ReceiverID

    ConfirmReceipt contains parameter ReceiverID. This parameter seems to be not neccessary since ConfirmReceipt of one Responder is enough to enter the Received state. Solution: Remove parameter.

    Add to the description for Confirm Receipt of ALMASResponder in 6.3.6 "The ReceiverID field enables action & situation alerts to transition when sufficient confirmations have been received. 'Sufficient' is the 'actionee' for action alerts, and anyone for situation alerts. It can also be used for logging purposes.
