Summary:
Catgorisation rules must be defined offline by means of the "ALMAS categorisation rule file". Rules can be attached and detached to alerts by means of methods "AttachCategorisationRule" and "DetachCategorisationRule". An alert can only be attached after it exists, so after it is raised. However, the intention of categorisation is to do an action (e.g. raising an alert) according to a condition on occurence of an event. There seems to be a chicken-and-egg problem. Solution: Attach/detach AlertTemplate instead of Alert?
