    2.8.1.3 _get_ALMAS_SystemID,GetAlert,GetAlerts, GetTemplate and GetTemplateIDs - cannot return data directly. Will need to be returned from additional callbacks on the appropirate interfaces, so out parameter now removed and replaced with an input parameter to pass in the receiver's handle.
