Conformance Points appear to be contradictory

							Summary:Section 8.1 on Mandatory and Optional Interfaces, and Section 8.2 on 
 Conformance Points appear to be contradictory - you should define what you
 mean by "the entire set of specifications" as a conformance point. I'm
 not sure what it means to say that you have to implement the entire
 specification when some interfaces are "optional". i would take this to
 mean that a "conformant" implementation might be required to implement
 optional interfaces and throw "NO_IMPLEMENT" on every operation on those
 interfaces. This should be clarified
