    Propose to accept the recommendation for @thread attribute

    An update is proposed to set the default value of the @thread attribute in the InputOutputAlgorithmType.

    In the complexType InputOutputAlgorithmType, change the thread attribute from:
    <attribute name="thread" type="boolean" use="optional"/>
    to:
    <attribute name="thread" type="boolean" use="optional" default="false"/>
