XTCE12 — Adding structure to Parameters

    Currently, it's possible to group ParameterTypes together through the AggregateParameterType. We would like to be able to add similar structure to individually declared Parameters. In other words, we would like a way to group Parameters together in a potentially nested, structured format.

    This issue resolved in conjunction with XTCE12-416

    The resolution of XTCE-416 proposed and approved in XTCE-418 provides a way to create the grouping of parameters requested. Since the resolution and approval have already occurred, I could not propose Duplicate/Merged as a resolution, so Closed/No change.
