XTCE12 — Add switch entry to container entry list

    A switch entry is similar to the switch/case statement provided in most programming languages, and would improve upon the include condition currently found in XTCE. Reported by JPL.

    Agree in principle but perhaps not in scope of XTCE 1.2

    The IncludeCondition functions as designed in XTCE at present. We agree that this is an interesting an intriguing idea but would be a new series of code that implementations would need to support. Since the existing capability is not broken in this sense, it is preferable to defer this to a possible 2.0 type of specification.
