    The CCSDS APID is described here in a form that is specific to a user community implementation. XTCE is general to the industry. There are good examples/templates and also the GovSat implementation/specification to cover the usage of XTCE in the context that is of interest to this user community. Suggest to close this as Out of Scope for XTCE in preference to this other information that is available.
