CheckWindow has no way to vary window size based on context -
Reported: XTCE 1.1 — Thu, 17 Sep 2009 04:00 GMT

Disposition: Deferred — XTCE 1.2
-
Disposition Summary:
Defer to future model-based XTCE revision
Context is already an overloaded term in XTCE 1.1. Some existing users are using context for spacecraft lifecycle (integration & test, launch & early orbit, operations) and other groups are using it for spacecraft state (eclipse/non-eclipse, normal operations/safe mode, subsystem on/off). There are different dynamics for context alarms and context conversions when “context” is used in different ways.
Recommend deferring additional complexity in the CheckWindow for commands until a new revision of the specification can distinguish between the different uses of spacecraft context. -
