    An optional name should be associated with context alarms and calibrators in
    type. This would particularly be useful to type inheritance, because same
    'named' contexts could be overloaded.

    It appears that calibrators already got an update on another issue. Propose to update the AlarmType type to extend the "OptionalNameDescriptionType" with the existing AlarmType elements so that it inherits the optional @name and optional @shortDescription.
