Summary:
The title page of the document lists the following normative documents:

Normative Machine Consumable Files:
http://www.omg.org/spec/XMI/20131001/XMI.xsd
http://www.omg.org/spec/XMI/20131001/XMI-model.xmi

However, attempting to retrieve (for example) http://www.omg.org/spec/XMI/20131001/XMI.xsd returns HTTP redirect to https://www.omg.org/spec/XMI/20131001/XMI.xsd.
Attempt to retrieve https://www.omg.org/spec/XMI/20131001/XMI.xsd returns a 404.
