XMI12 — EBNF incomplete for Attributes with complex types

  • Summary:

    The DTD EBNF for Attributes (e.g. production 4c on page 7-88) does not cover
    the more complex DataTypes; e.g. arrays, sequences, structs, unions, TypeCode,
    Any, Principal or object reference types. Similarly, the document EBNF for
    Attributes (production 8d on page 9-205) fails to say how the corresponding
    attibute values should be encoded.
