    '<ElementContent>' is used twice in rule 8a in section 6.2, but not defined
    anywhere: presumably it should be <ContentElement>.

    Adoption of XLink specification (minor)

    There are several references (e.g. 3.5.10, XMI.metamodel) to the effect that
    "this element is expected to become a simple XLink when the XLinks
    specification becomes a recommendation of the W3C ". It has (in June 2001).
