    If I understand 9.5.7.10 correctly, it says that the type information for an
    Any may be partly or fully represented by "xmi.kind", "xmi.id" and "href" XML
    attributes of the XMI.any element. However, according to the fixed element
    declarations in 6.5.18, the "XMI.any" element cannot have an "xmi.kind" or (I
    think) "xmi.id" attributes. Instead, it has attributes "href", "xmi.idref",
    "xmi.name" and "xmi.type".
