XMI12 — Does PkgPackages contain nested Packages from super-Packages?

There is a discrepancy between the text describing production 9g of DTD
ruleset 1, the pseudo-code for getContainedPackages and its description.
The first two say that PkgPackages contains any nested Packages from
super-Packages, but the description for getContainedPackages does not
mention this.

Also, it is not crystal clear what "nested Packages" means in 9g (and
by extension in other places). It should mean all Packages that
are directly or indirectly contained by a Package., but this needs to
be spelled out somewhere.
