Legacy Issue Number: 15654
-
Status: closed
-
Source: Fraunhofer FOKUS ( Mr. Marc-Florian Wendland)
-
Summary:
Rational: UTP specification 1.0, Section 6.3.4 Time Concepts, Subsection TimOut says the following:
—
A «TimeOut» is generated by a timer when it expires and may trigger an associated behavior (e.g., a transition in a state machine).
—Issue: It is pretty obvious that this is an error resulting from the fact that UTP 1.0 was finalized before UML 2.0 was finalized. UML::TimeTrigger is not a legal, existing metaclass of the UML specification, but there is a metaclass called UML::TimeEvent that can be used instead.

Reported: UTP 1.0 — Mon, 27 Sep 2010 04:00 GMT
-
Disposition: Resolved — UTP 1.1
-
Disposition Summary:
Extend TimeEvent instead of non-existent metaclass TimeTrigger

Updated: Sat, 7 Mar 2015 00:24 GMT
