UTP11 — Semantics of DefaultApplication::repetition not clear

The repetition attribute has not a clear semantics with respect to the statements given in the Default section. Repetition actually represents how often the control flow will jump back to the unit of testing that actually applies the default.

The RTF agreed that this is indeed a not clear description of the semantics. In addition, the default value for the repetition shall be changed to 0, since the default behavior of the control flow should be to continue when an alternative in a default behavior become activated.
