UPOS1151 — Point Card Reader / Writer: Wrong Section Numbers Starting at 28.4.3

    Since there is one section for each property, property CapCharacterSet should not be described within chapter 28.4.2 CapCardEntranceSensor Property. Instead, 28.4.3 CapCharacterSet Property should be inserted behind the Errors section of the description for property CapCardEntranceSensor.
    In addition, chapters 28.4.3 - 28.4.51 should be changed to chapter 28.4.4 - 28-4-52.
