UPOS1151 — Bookmarks for Most Chapters from Annex A - J Can Only Be Found in Chapter 38 Tone Indicator

    The hierarchy of most bookmarks of Annex A - J is bad: Instead of being sorted under the corresponding annex, they are located under chapter 38.
    Of cause, the chapter texts are at the correct position, but the bookmarks are not. Some duplicates are in Annex A - Annex J, but in chapter 38 are much more bookmarks.
