UPDMRTF — capability element should have a relation to sysml requirement type.

we need to be able to add requirements in UPDM, define test cases and use requirement relations (refine, verify). by adding stereotype <<requirement>> to current class-type capability, we can do all of the above. or at least add in profile a defined relation to relate requirements to capabilities.
