UMLTP23 — Arbitration result to testlogentry relationship

Made the relationship between the arbitration result relationship to the testlogentry item, currently this is a directional relationship but made it a derived property specification for bidirectional linking therefore a tag value for verdict appears in every log entry type. We did this to make metachain queries in Cameo easier for generating a RVTM. 

Associate ArbitrationResults directly with TestLogElements

We discussed this issues, especially from Lockheed's point of view. We decided to resolve it by making the association between TestLogElement and ArbitrationResult bidirectional. This would directly associate any ArbitrationResult calculated for a particular TestLogElement to be easily accessible by the given TestLogElement.
