Summary:
The standard says
"(Alternatively, a Transition of kind local can be shown as a
Transition leaving a State symbol containing the text “*.” The Transition is then considered to belong to the
enclosing composite State.)"What does this mean, how is this done, why would one do this?... either there needs to be an example of this in the standard or it needs to be removed
