UMLR — Some hyperlinks are underlined and some are not. This is inconsistent

    references to sub clause 15.4 (2x)
    sub clause 7,4
    and sub clause 13.2
    They are all hyperlinks, but only the last two are blue and underlined. The first two are in normal text font.
