UMLR — Pin multiplicity and token upper bound

    I'm a little confused about the relationship between the multiplicity
    of a Pin and its token upper bound. What does it mean for the token
    upper bound to be less than the multiplicity upper bound, or even
    the multiplicity lower bound?
