UCM — make classes Connection and ConnectionEnd inherit from IConfigured

    class ComponentTechnicalPolicy inherits from IConfigured, which allows the specification of values for configuration parameters. Connections and ConnectionEnd should also inherit from IConfigured, to enable the specification of configuration values as well.
