UCM — remove sections that explain the IDL representation from section 9

    Section 9 deals with the UCM meta-model, not with concrete syntax. The description of the IDL equivalent syntax must be put in a separate section, at the end of the document. Sections 9.3.2.3, 9.3.3.7, 9.3.4.7, 9.3.5.5, 9.4.3.5, 9.5.3.10, 9.5.4.6, 9.5.5.9 must be removed.
