UCM — remove sections that explain the xml representation from section 9

    Section 9 deals with the UCM meta-model, not with concrete syntax. The description of the XML schema must be put in a separate section, at the end of the document. Sections 9.3.2.2, 9.3.3.6, 9.3.4.6, 9.3.5.4, 9.4.3.4, 9.5.3.9, 9.5.4.5, 9.5.5.8 must be removed.
