UAF12 — Architecture Management Domain

Should create a new Architecture Management Domain to collect management-like views and add new ones.

This would help provide better support to portfolio management and transformation planning:
-Capture this additional information on front end for support to Analysis of Alternatives (AOA) activities
-Capture Architecture Governance decisions and directives
-Portray architecture change metrics with goals and achievement levels

Can collect other views into this area:
-Can move Summary and Overview into this Domain, as well as Dictionary
-Can move Requirements and Standards views into this Domain (since these are in practice used as means to manage changes to the architecture)

Metadata renamed to Architecture Management and additional view specifications added

Additional views were added to address architecture development method, architecture principles, architecture roadmaps and architecture traceability, views that are needed to help manage the development of the architecdture. Hence the name of this domain changed from Metadata to Architecture Management.
